Anxiety: A Holistic Approach
Anxiety is terribly common.
We all get it, and we need to do something about it. For if we don’t, it will keep coming back and affecting our quality of life.
I am not talking about medication here. It’s not a real solution, though it can provide some relief without a doubt.
We need to strengthen ourselves from inside outwards. How do we do that? It takes a regular mindfulness practice. Something that works for you. As an example, in this video, I share with you a simple mindfulness exercise that I do every day. It only takes 5 minutes a day. However, when you practice something like this over a period of time, you start experiencing an increasing amount of inner calm and certainty.
In modern life, mindfulness needs to be as strong a habit as brushing our teeth is — done at least daily, no questions asked.
In our modern world, mindfulness is the backbone of good and stable mental health.
